About the role


Our coaching team play a crucial role in ensuring our consultants have the knowledge, skills and resources they need to excel in their roles and drive growth.


As an on-site role, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and create training materials, provide group coaching and onboarding, and deliver personalised 1-2-1 coaching to our consultants ensuring they offer a first-class service to our suppliers and customers.


Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will:


  • Onboard new employees embedding behaviours and performance expectations working closely with our HR and Recruitment department.
  • Effectively plan 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions, identifying individual and team training needs, utilising tools and resources to deliver using effective coaching methods driving commercial performance.
  • Provide feedback and guidance based on call listening observations to maintain compliance.
  • Evaluate existing training materials, identifying gaps, and creating new interactive content including presentations and role plays to ensure our consultants are equipped to best support our customers.
  • Analyse data to optimise performance reporting. 
  • Keep abreast of developments within the energy market and communicate effectively to ensure changes are embedded.


Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday!



Job requirements

What you’ll bring 

You’ll be someone who has:


  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong background of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Great understanding of coaching methods and application.
  • Regulatory and industry awareness.
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate, engage and influence others.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in using all Microsoft Office products.
